For Students:

1. No Refund: No Refund Will Be Provided Under Any Circumstances After Registration.
2. Partial Refund: No Partial Refund Will Be Provided After Course Commencement.
3. Exceptional Cases: No Refund Will Be Provided Even In Cases Of Medical Emergency Or Unforeseen Events.
4. Processing: Refund Processing Is Not Applicable.
5. Course Discontinuation: If A Student Discontinues The Course, No Refund Or Adjustment Will Be Made.

For Franchisees:

1. Non-Refundable: Franchise Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable After The Agreement Is Signed.
2. Training Fees: No Refund For Training Fees Or Operational Costs Will Be Provided.
3. Operational Costs: Franchisees Must Bear Their Operational Costs. No Refund Will Be Provided.
4. Termination: No Refund Will Be Provided If The Franchise Agreement Is Terminated Due To Violation Of Terms.
5. Processing: No Refund Processing Will Be Done For Franchise Fees Or Any Other Payments.
